Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected service.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3 to 7 business days
- Canada: 5 to 10 business days
- International: 7 to 21 business days

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become active.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at yeayeanailsupply@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
For damaged items, we recommend retaining all packaging materials and taking photographs for documentation purposes.
