Warranty Coverage
All YY Nail Supply products include a one-month limited warranty that covers factory defects only. This policy does not extend to damage arising from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Factory Defect Qualification
A factory defect qualification is determined solely by YY Nail Supply upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, which must be accompanied by both photographic and video proof of the defect. Any product exhibiting user-caused damage will be disqualified from coverage. Once a claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product at no cost aside from the shipping fees, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

Approval and Discretion
YY Nail Supply reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or nullify any warranty claim based on its inspection of the product and related documentation. By purchasing YY Nail Supply products, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
