Limited Warranty Coverage

All Yea Yea Nail Supply products include a one-month limited warranty that applies exclusively to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, neglect, modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a warranty claim, customers must submit clear photos and videos of the suspected defect within 30 days of delivery. All warranty claims are subject to review by Yea Yea Nail Supply. Products showing signs of user-caused damage, abuse, or tampering are not covered under this warranty.

Claim Evaluation & Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost. Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping charges. Warranty claims must be submitted by email to support@yeayea.supply and must include proof of purchase along with the required photo and video documentation.

Final Determination

Yea Yea Nail Supply reserves the right to approve or deny any warranty claim at its sole discretion based on the inspection of the product and the information provided. By purchasing products from us, you acknowledge and agree to these warranty terms.
