Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
Please note that during peak seasons, promotional periods, or when Yea Yea Nail Supply participates in events such as beauty shows, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected service.
Estimated delivery times:
- Puerto Rico: Customers may choose USPS or Puerto Rico Express Delivery (Islandwide) at checkout. Islandwide is available only for physical addresses and offers next-business-day delivery on most orders placed before 1:00 PM AST. PO Boxes, Vieques, and Culebra are shipped via USPS.
- United States: 3 to 7 business days.
- British Virgin Islands: 7 to 14 business days.
- Bermuda: 7 to 14 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Important Notice:
We only ship heavy items such as furniture and pedicure chairs, as well as flammable products including monomers, within Puerto Rico.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders that include restricted items based on the shipping destination. Customers will be notified prior to order fulfillment if any changes are required.
Store Pickup
Customers who select Store Pickup at checkout will receive an email notification once the order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive a Ready for Pickup confirmation before coming to the store.
Orders must be picked up at the selected store location during store hours.
For security reasons, pickup orders will only be released to the person who made the payment. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup, and the name on the ID must match the customer/payment information on the order.
Third-party pickups are not allowed. Orders will not be released to family members, friends, employees, drivers, or any other person who did not make the payment.
If the required identification is not presented, or if the pickup information does not match the order details, Yea Yea Nail Supply reserves the right to refuse release of the order until the information is verified.
Orders flagged for verification or considered high risk may be delayed, held for review, or canceled at our discretion for fraud prevention purposes.
Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more within Puerto Rico and the United States only.
Free shipping applies only when the calculated shipping cost is $15 or less. If the shipping cost exceeds $15, free shipping does not apply and the customer is responsible for paying the full shipping cost.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@yeayea.supply with your order number and relevant details. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
For damaged items, we recommend retaining all packaging materials and taking photographs for documentation purposes.
