Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
Please note that during peak seasons, promotional periods, or when Yea Yea Nail Supply participates in events such as Beauty Shows, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected service.
Estimated delivery times:
- Puerto Rico: Next business day delivery is available for most physical addresses within Puerto Rico on orders placed before 1:00 PM AST. Orders placed after 1:00 PM AST may require up to 2 business days. Customers may select either USPS or Puerto Rico Express Delivery (Islandwide) at checkout. However, shipments to physical addresses within Puerto Rico are typically fulfilled using Islandwide Delivery for faster service, regardless of the shipping option selected. Shipments to Vieques, Culebra, and PO Box addresses are sent via USPS instead.
- United States: 3 to 7 business days
- British Virgin Islands: 7 to 14 business days
- Bermuda: 7 to 14 business days
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or local delivery conditions.
Important Notice:
We only ship heavy items such as furniture and pedicure chairs, as well as flammable products including monomers, within Puerto Rico.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders that include restricted items based on the shipping destination. Customers will be notified prior to order fulfillment if any changes are required.
Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more within Puerto Rico and the United States only.
Free shipping applies only when the calculated shipping cost is $15 or less. If the shipping cost exceeds $15, free shipping does not apply and the customer is responsible for paying the full shipping cost.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become active.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@yeayea.supply with your order number and relevant details. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
For damaged items, we recommend retaining all packaging materials and taking photographs for documentation purposes.
