Got sent the wrong item . I got sent a straight jack cord instead of a dc connector and since they dont take returns i had to text them on whats app to get a shipping label or an exchange they have take now 3 days to respond back to me with a solution wasting my time and money i want my money back i spend $90 on two hand pieces and they sent them wrong and then take forever because they are at an “event” they said thats why i havent been helped
